1. Lines close 23:59 Tuesday September 15, 2015. Online entries are free of charge by completing the online entry form.
2. Only one online entry permitted per person. Entries made via script, macro or automated devises or bulk entries will be void. No responsibility is accepted for invalid, incomplete, illegible, lost entries or entries delayed in transit.
3. Entry is open UK residents age 18/over only. Employees of Trinity Mirror Plc, , their families, agents, prize suppliers anyone professionally connected with this competition and anyone subject to a FA banning order are excluded from entering.
4. Entry is deemed acceptance of these terms.
5. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements of these terms may result in a forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. One winner drawn at random after competition closes.
7. Each prize: 1x Signed Geoff Hurst England shirt, National Football Museum goody bag containing National Football Museum branded goodies, a Football Plus+ Season Ticket and club merchandise
8. National Football Museum season tickets can only be used at the museum and must be registered. Where club merchandise is unavailable, appropriate value alternatives will be offered.
9. In case of undelivered or damaged prizes, I.D must be provided in order to obtain replacements.
10. Prizes non transferable, non refundable, no whole/part cash alternatives. Re-sale on tickets is strictly prohibited.
