We are due to end our interest only in September. we are paying over the odd's with GMac:mad: and to be honest don't want to stay with them anymore. We are waiting on a phone call next week from a financial advisor to see where we stand.
Income is £35K ( £5k included WFTC/Child benefit )
Also husband in building trade and only got 10 months accounts books. I presume we would have to go self cert again?
House valued at £218,000.00
Morgage at present is £130k ( wait for it 7.% i.rate ).
Got about 8k of credit card debt which are paying every week more than the minimum payment.
Will there be anyone else out there for us. We are hoping to go repayment or tracker either way we don't want to stay on interest only. ( 22 or 23 years )
Any help would be great.
Thanks.
