Dental recommendations Berkshire / Wiltshire border

Hi, any advice would be most appreciated., my brother is needle/dental phobic he cleans his teeth religiously, he's never had the greatest teeth, however, I have just learned that he's not seen a dentist in years, his teeth are becoming loose, to the point that one came out yesterday, he hasn't eaten properly for a couple of days, obviously worried with regard chewing food etc,. I'm so worried and desperate to help him, so need recommendations for good, considerate dentists in the Berkshire/Wiltshire area, but to be honest, within reason I'll take any highly recommended dentist within reasonable travelling distance, but bearing in mind his fear, the nearer to him would probably be better.
Sorry to twitter on, but I've just started researching. Thanks.
