New Nectar points website

They've changed it....for the worse

They only show the last 30 days' activity/points awarded, not a full statement showing the individual retailers, etc

This means it's hard to track that all the points have been correctly applied. Bear in mind, too, that most retailers don't credit points until after 30/35 days have elapsed

It's impossible to see any transactions prior to the 30 days - not even an option to have a statement emailed to you, which some websites do offer (e.g. quidco)

We know that Nectar is the most miserly points system - now they don't want us to be able to monitor if the points have been awarded, either!

It seems they show the last 10 transactions not just the last month. I have transactions going back to last Sept but I hardly use my card now.

    so not even consistent!

It shows my last 8 transactions, and the chat operative informed me it was the last 30 days...
  • I have also raised concerns about this change - it is really awful. If enough folks complain they may offer more historical transaction information.
  • You are now unable to view pending points on new site, I have lost nearly 400 points in the change and still they do not reply. View full account is a joke. For those that are old enough Green shield stamps alarm bells start ringing.
Just waiting for my last few transactions to see if they go through but not holding my breath.
Upset yes but not being to do anything about it is by far a worse feeling the big boys win again.
  • The website is awful - it seems they made it live before adding most of the stuff that was previously on it, if the comments on their FB page are anything to go by!
I was going to use some of my points for a days out reward, thought about it for a couple of days, and went back to find the website had changed and it wasn't on there any more! I emailed them and they said it was still to be re-added - too late for me to use on my holiday as it has now passed! Pfft, not impressed.

I've just logged onto the Nectar site for the first time in months and was surprised by the change.
I only wanted to order an additional card for my partner but cant see this option anywhere, only lost or stolen cards which it isnt :(
    Errrr...come back later ;)
  • I think someone asked about that on their FB page and they said it was still to be added back!
  • has anybody managed to get nectar to manually send them a list of transactions older than the 1 month you are now limited too ?

doing this change without any warning just is not good enough - you have to at least warn people so they can save their transaction list before the change
  • I am pleased to advise readers of this thread that a workaround to see your transaction data is in play. Follow this link and sign in. https://eshops.nectar.com/account/transactionHistory.snectar I discovered this soon after hitting the roof and posting on this thread back in August. Customer services just need to give out this web address !
  • solved my issue - thanks for posting
