Borrow on a 0% CC to pay a lump sum on a mortgage

Hi
I am new so apologies if I have done this wrong.
My question is.
Would be better to use a 0% Credit Card to pay a lump sum off a mortgage or increase monthly payments to over pay on the mortgage.
The monthly payments would be the same per month on either media, but which one would be most advantages in the long term.
Many thanks
Robin

Called stoozing.
Much harder these days with the fees.
When you could get the money for free and offset so no risk of falling onto the high rate 40k+ was quite common0 -
