Yes, it was pretty inspiring......
I did 15 minutes extra on the bike just so I could carry on watching him.....
so if he did come into my gym I would be a fitter healthier person, as I would be there more often.

Having a nightmare with the Scottish Daily Record - front page says £5 off a £25 spend at Lidl. No sign of it in paper though, suspect printing error

I too saw that offer on the front page but, on closer inspection, it said "Leaflet inside" so I'm guessing it was just the promo leaflet for the new Lidl card which is being trialled north of the border just now and currently gives £5 off £25 when you use the card. Bit misleading of the Daily Record to imply you have to buy the paper to get this offer - you don't, you can pick up these free cards instore at Lidl.
