No it isn't (previous posts in the thread point out there is sometimes an issue with entering near the "hour" fortunately if people miss it because it's in game over they only lose out on 2 possible entries)

I think this is over as it says The Ultimate Classic FM Hall of Fame runs from 9am-9pm between 28-31 August.
