Hi, can anyone tell me what the best FTSE 100 or 250 Tracking ISA is at the moment? Least fees etc. Have both options of a lump sum or monthly invest and not bothered about instant withdrawals.
Thank you very much in advance.

 Can anyone explain to me how to put a signature here?

If you are interested in buying ETF's within a ISA, then Selftrade may be your best option.
Selftrade charge £25/year for their ISA/PEP account but purchases of ETFs (both from iShares and Lyxor) are commission free within the account.
In addition, Selftrade also have a referral scheme where you could get up to £80 (my details are in post 242 in that thread if interested) for joining them - which would pay for over 3 years worth of ISA fees.
