Default notice issued for a pet insurance policy

I had a pet insurance policy with more than. I wrote to them cancelling it at the beginning of June, I then cancelled my DD, they wrote back a month later and acknowledged it in writing advising me of the cancellation date. They also issued a refund as I was within the cooling off period at the start of the policy.
A couple of days later I've received a default notice under the CCA because I cancelled my direct debit and they couldn't take payments!
Will this appear on my credit file?

No it won't, the notice will be computer generated, so won't take account of any arrangement you have made with more than, it's safe to ignore it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Rang them, they see nothing wrong at their end with the account. It was indeed computer generated.0
