Jeffs & Haggertay Associates - Mortgage Endowment

Hello,
I am trying to find others that bought their mortgage endowment through the above company. I am unable to find much information on them. I found their company number (proves useless on Companies House website) NL16773981
and their former address in Sidcup. One of the partners now works for a company in Sidcup. They operated in and around this area in the late 1980's, early 1990's, when our endowment was purchased.
Please get in touch, if you have any information.
Thanks

There is no record of them on the FSA register. The register doesnt go back before 2000 but it indicates they have not existed for at least 15 years. So, there is little point you looking for them.
You suggest that they were a limited company by giving a companies house number. However, you also suggest they were not a limited company but a partnership by using the term partner. Do you know which it actually is? (This could affect your ability to complain and where)
If it is a complaint you are looking to make then you may want to save a lot of effort by contacting the endowment provider and asking them if issued timebarring letters. Over 3/4 of endowments are barred from complaint by being out of time. If you have to go to the FSCS, they will check to see if the provider issued the statements which allow them to timebar. (timebar is 3 years from being reasonably aware of an issue. Usually activated by the first shortfall projection using the middle growth rate example. Most of these started going out around 2002-2006 allowing them to be timebarred by 2009).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
