Had an e mail on the 11th of August to say my grandson had won the full set of the world of norm books from fun kids. They didn't say when these would come, on 24th we went away for 2 days and came back on 26th, to find 2 cards from DPD about a missed delivery. I immediately went on line and organised a safe place for them to deliver today, they even sent a texxt confirming, when there was no parcel I rang the office to be infoormed that at 2 am yesterday (a full 12 hours before I organised the safe place) they had been told to return the parcel to the publishers. The guy even had the parcel in front of him but couldn't tear off the new labell and return them to me!!!. So I complained on their site and was told I would get a reply in 90 mins, that was at 18 mins past 4 .... still waiting, their service is dreadful
sorry for the rant but grandson was really looking for ward to the books, so feel bad that they will not be here for ages

I have always had good experiences from DPD and found their service to be really good. FedEx I have found to have the worst experiences with. Hopefully it gets sorted.0

Clearly they misinformed you but if the sender wanted them back they have to return them (It's not in the T&C's that you forfeit the prize after two delivery attempts so hopefully you will still get them).0
