goodtoknow email?

does anyone have an email address for anyone in the goodtoknow competitions department. I won off them in june & have still not received my prize, I have asked a few times on the contact us link & they say they'll pass it on. No-one has got back to me despite my request for information on the delay or the email address for the pr agency so I can chase it up with them.

If anyone else won the safe are you still waiting too?

Try their FB page, I once had a long wait for one of their prizes and it was sorted much quicker when I commented on their page (actually can't remember if I commented or messaged them).

WEM's from the mag dailies take the format shown below. In the past I have had to chase about half of the prizes after nothing happened after a month. The PR companies involved have usually said that they never received my details from dmri (I don't know if this is actually true or just an excuse).

I recommend that as soon as you receive a WEM, forward it to the PR company contact you have been given saying something like "I am really looking forward to receiving my prize and I confirm my delivery address is....." etc.

I haven't had problems whenever I have done this.
