Woolwich wrong address for valuation

My esate agnt called to say woolwich have called them to book in a valuation but have the wrong address and have to cancel the apointment. Called my broker and they gave them the wrong postcode. How long does this take to get changed and a new valuation re-booked (my brokers crap and dosn't know)

I had the same situation. It took a couple of days to re-arrange it but it was done within a week.
