ELIGIBILITY

PRIZES
One (1) winner will receive the prize.
The prize comprises:
7-night stay at the Widefirth cottage in Rendall near
Kirkwall, with Orkney Self Catering Holidays.
Historic Scotland Orkney Explorer passes giving
free entry to many historic sites.
Return ferry tickets for 4 from mainland Scotland to Orkney courtesy of NorthLink Ferries.
This includes car, standard cabin (where a journey takes place overnight) and access to Magnus' Lounge courtesy of
NorthLink Ferries.
Ferry travel is subject to availability.
Please note that this does not include the Hamnavoe
B&B offer for travel between Scrabster and Stromness.

The prize must be used in full by 31 December 2016
subject to availability and excludes dates between
1 July - 30 August 2016, 21 - 31 December 2016.
Due to sites closing over winter,
the Orkney Explorer Historic Scotland pass is
valid from April until October only.

The prize is as stated and is non-transferable and non refundable.
No cash or other alternative is available

except that in the event of circumstances outside its control,
the Promoter reserves the right to provide a
similar prize of equal or greater value.

The prize does not include any travel insurance or
any other meals or related living expenses.
All travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner's
and travel companion's risk.
Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes,
fuel surcharge, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades
or any other expenses not specifically listed in
these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winner.


Winner(s) and travel companion(s) must travel together, departing from and returning to the same location at the same time and on the same itinerary. The travel companion must be aged 18 years or over, unless the winner is their parent or legal guardian or has the written permission of their parent or legal guardian. The Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to any travel arrangements.
