Not sure how useful this is to everyone, since you can't control what benefit you get, but I'm doing very well from it so thought I'd share.
Spend any amount at Ikea (not including food) and swipe your family card and you get a barcode on your receipt. Either scan this receipt in store, or type it in on the website, and you get a random prize. You can only scan/claim one per day.
I was going to buy some drinking glasses anyway, and Ikea is near work, so I got them each on separate recepts and am typing the barcodes in to the website one per day.
So far I have won:
A mirror worth £30
A garden chair worth £25
A donut
A storage box worth £9
A stool worth £9
The prizes are completely random, but so far the only thing I won't use is the garden chair, so the charity shop will benefit there. And the mirror was on my shopping list!

I wouldn't have thought of it as a competition. I suppose technically it is, since you don't know what you are getting, but you do get SOMETHING with every single transaction.0 -
Popped in today - bought 4 drinking glasses at 50p each (that I was going to buy anyway). The cashier gave me a hard time about wanting separate transaction for each
but that gives me enough receipts until the end of the promotion. Scanned one instore for today's prize, and won a suitcase worth £12. 0 -
