Shawbrook Bank

my wife has a personal loan with shawbrook bank but not once in its 18 months out of 24 months period she has had the loan been reported to the credit reference agencies or show up on her file at all that she has paid always on time to improve her credit rating has anyone else had experience of this with them and can you get them to add it to your file so it looks good when she has settled the loan to other lenders as she has only got one settled account on her credit file which is a mobile phone contract?

    It's the choice of a lender what CRA they report to, if any.

    So you cant ask them to do it? its not been reported to any

    If she wants to build a credit history, a credit card is a much better and cheaper way of doing it.
