Short Term loan/mortgage for a redevelopment project

Hi guys, just wanted to get some advice on getting a sort term loan or even a mortgage for a redevelopment project. I am looking for about £80,000 and to repay back within 12 months. The loan will help me kick start my property development business of buying run down houses doing them up and selling them for a profit. I would like to know what are the best companies or banks to go to, to acquire this type of loan or mortgage.

You've an idea not a business. Not a new idea either. To obtain any form of funding you'll need some more substantive. For your own benefit get a business plan drawn up.
