Santander Mortgage

Hi guys,
I have a meeting with my mortgage advisor after having an offer accepted on a house. My original AIP was with Halifax but looks like Santander may be the best now.
I was wondering if anyone knows which documents Santander usually require? We have a 15% deposit and both have good credit histories. Based on the current interest rates our repayments would be £660 which is well within what we can afford.
Thank you,
Laura

Normally just most recent payslip, unless you are using bonus/overtime, then 3 months.

Lenders assess affordability on a what if basis. Not least that interest rates won't remain abnormally low forever.0 -
Thank you guys! Thrugelmir, I am aware of this, we would still be able to afford mortgage repayments if the interest rates were to rise top 7 % even at current salaries. I have thought about that all don't worry
I was just wondering which evidence documents Santander would actually look at.
Thanks guys,

I remortgaged with Santander in May. I gave my P60 and three months bank statements.
