Could anybody tell me if PHI income (paid via employers payroll system but detailed as PHI rather than basic salary) would be considered by many/any mortgage lenders?
Corporate rather than individual policy, tax paid on the income if that makes any difference.
Thanks

Yes, but very few lenders will accept it.
Its not something I have placed personally but I believe one or 2 high street lenders will accept it as a form of income.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
