That link says if you do it through the £1 offer which would mean entering your card details. I have never entered my card details for any of the comps so they won't be able to charge.
It's also for 3 months, the card we won is valid for a year. ell mine is.

Good news for everyone else who entered (but didn't win), you should be receiving a 2 month Tastecard along with a letter that says:

"Thank you for entering Sainsbury's magazine competition. Unfortunately you didn't win an annual taste card membership, however nobody goes away empty-handed here's a free 2 month membership."
