Hi everyone,
Thanks to all the good advice here I have begun tomake my own yogurt. However, I am so used to having everything provided with use-by dates I am unsure as to how long I can keep this. I keep it in the a sealed tub in the fridge.

Mine only keeps for just under a week and then grows mould, probably good for you but I just don't fancy it!Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01

I keep mine for a couple of weeks. If it gets a little pink mould on the top I just scrape it off -not dead yet
