Hi,
Im looking to buy with my partner at the end of the year.
I have traced back my bank statements and although i sometimes am in my Overdraft i clear it every Friday when i get paid. i have been OD clear since 1st August (so far) There have been 2 occasions this year February and May when i exceeded my £300 OD limit, but it was repaid the following day. Will this affect my mortgage chances?
Thanks

The lenders question will be why? Not that they will ask the question. The overview will be that you don't manage your finances very well. How will you cope when you've a mortgage every month and other unexpected costs to pay as well.0
