I'm sure your diversity training has explained that the composition of the top jobs doesn't matter as along as there are enough women to make the tea

Also several middle class PMs (Thatcher and May), several State Grammar School educated (Heath, Thatcher, and May), two working class (Heath and Major) and one who attended a Comprehensive school and didn't go to University (Major).

Regarding Copeland and Stoke Central....the way I see it..... the bigger the humiliation of Labour, losing the seats...whatever.....it'll stick to Corbyn and bring his end that bit nearer.....so if you are a moderate Social Democrat like me....that's a good thing.....short term pain for long term gain!

You keep saying the same thing. I know who the tory leader is and the fact that she is female. I'm talking about the make up of the parties as a whole. The leader is just one person. Labour is more diverse. 23 Ethnic minority MPs against 17 tories and higher female numbers as well.
