Hi Every one
I am currently in the process of buying my first house (exciting times)
I have been looking into the possibility of having solar panels, but wanted some reviews? Is it worth the effort/ expense? Do you see the benefits? In hindsight would you still have them? All feedback welcome

Wished I'd done it years ago!
In my view, if you have the budget and the roof space, then it's a no brainer.
Bills come down, there is the FiT, and then there is the fun of comparing completely different systems in different parts of the coutry and moaning when someone 10/50/100/200/300 etc miles away generates more!4kWp, SSE, SolarEdge P300 optimisers & SE3500 Inverter, in occasionally sunny Corby, Northants.
Now with added Sunsynk 5kw hybrid ecco inverter & 15kWh Fogstar batteries. Oh Octopus Energy too.0 -

It is one area of my pension investment that has not been devalued by the downward movements in the Chinese stock exchange.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0
