Anyone know the difference between Vitality Plus and the Vitality optimiser?

I'm thinking about joining Pruhealth to get access to the 50% discount on Virgin active gyms. By the looks of things I need a minimum monthly premium of £20 for the insurance and then you can add on either Vitality Plus for £3.30 per month or Vitality optimiser for £4.50 per month.

Vitality Plus appears to provide the 50% virgin active discount, a free weekly cinema ticket and 50% off a pair of running shoes at Sweatshop which is what I'm really interested in so I think that's all I need. However I can't for the life of me work out what the benefit of going fot the £4.50 Vitality optimiser is, can anyone enlighten me please?
