HI All
Big mistake. I went BR back in March 2014 and have a IPA agreement. Discharged March 2015. In April I was paid a bonus from work which increased my salary for one month. I only though I had to declare in income until discharged. Last week I receiver a letter asking for my April and June slips. Having read more about IPA agreement I have come about the fact that until the end of the three year agreement I most declare all additional income. What a idiot. Of course the money has been spent. I've sent the wage slips as required and waiting to hear from them. Now worried as hell. I'm even reading prison. 😂😂. Has anyone ever had the same situation and what happened. Just as I find my feet as usual I take my eye of the ball?

Probably only confirming the bonus is a 'one-off'....
If you have spent the bonus on emergency, or 'essential items', you could always argue with the OR that you 'needed' the sudden influx of cash.
However, simply be honest....perhaps you were under stress, and forgot to post the letter?
I doubt anything whatsoever will happen.......they will have by now worked out you are not trying to permanently get away with it.No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0
