Mortgage offer

Hi all,
Can anyone shed some light on where I stand, I have recently received a mortgage offer for a 'let to buy' mortgage and have had the offer in writing. No funds have been released as of yet as the solicitor is still doing the legal side of things.
The mortgage companies rates have just changed to a lower rate for the same product. Can I request the mortgage deal (5 years fixed rate) is amended to the new rate without losing/having to pay extra any arrangement fees etc? The mortgage is with The Mortgage Works.
Cheers.
