Building emergency in Bangor - HELP!

Hopefully someone can help me out here.
My friend has recently moved into a huge old house in Bangor and the roof/rendering/guttering has started leaking badly during recent downpours.
Two ceilings are threatening to collapse and almost every room is suffering with terrible damp. During the rain this morning, the water is literally pouring in.
She has been let down badly by several tradesmen, not turning up when they say they will, ripping her off etc. Does ANYONE know a reliable and honest builder/roofer that will work in Bangor?
Please help, the situation is getting desperate and she has three young children. It's a total nightmare for her.
Any recommendations would be much appreciated!
Thanks everyone,
dj
