Really? the only one I knew could be updated (but had forgotten about) was child benefit, which can be claimed back to the date of birth AFAIK.
To get ESA you need to declared not fit for work. If you're really sick as in injured in some way that doesn't enable you to get on the phone and put in a claim then it's very easy to backdate ESA to the date of the injury.
JSA...almost impossible. I wouldn't even bother trying.:footie:
