Free alternatives to StrongLifts app?

Anyone else use the StrongLifts mobile app?

I'd quite like to have a bit more functionality but a little reluctant to pay for the additional features.

Wondering if anyone knows of any other apps that allow you to track weight lifting progress that are free and good? iOS please!

I used to use StrongLifts. I currently use BodySpace. A couple of other decent apps are Fitocracy and Jefit.

I'd just write it down in a note book (probably shows my age).

I too love my trusty note book! Something satisfying about flicking through the wrecked pages to see gains in lifts!

However I use strong lifts as it automatically calculates and starts the timer between sets and reps. I underestimated the importance of this, until an old school gym head showed me the way. Makes huge difference in gains, if you keep the rep and set rep to a set amount.

Not sure I could ever ditch my deadlift notebook though!
