My kids are 14 and 16 now and we have always eaten the same evening meal since they were tiny.
Now that's what I call batch cooking.....:DNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Some great ideas again! I'm writing my meal plan and shopping list, 1/2 kids stuff will be batch cooked and froze or left overs and the other half will be quick chuck together or alow cooker. We all eat the same type of food it's just 4 hours later so might be more convenient to make the kids something for tea for them, then us have casserole frim the slow cooker & the kids have the left overs the following night ect. I'm not one for buying special kids food like pastas or ready meals for them I've just always found cooking like this works for us best. I'll update my meal plan and list when I'm finished tomorrow.Living the simple life0
