What do you consider to be a reasonable price ?

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Have you looked in Matalan - they do a range of prices, although I don't know what the quality is like.

I'm happy to pay £20-30 a shirt as they last years, but finding good quality is becoming impossible.

Who also decided a breast pocket in shirts was no longer required?

I don't think you will find good quality for under a tenner to be honest, I think its a false sense of economy because you will be replacing them every couple of months.

On saying that though, Matalan do have some that look ok as elsien mentioned above http://www.matalan.co.uk

I got a Primark shirt for holiday and was surprised how decent it was - even got a few compliments whilst wearing it. May have been my incredible good looks rather than the shirt though :rotfl:

I just picked a nice one up the other day for £3. Charity shop. Very lucky find. I'd be willing to pay up to a tenner as well.

I first went to TK Maxx and they charge FAR too much.

I even visited Primark and Matalan.

:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p
  • They weren't short sleeve, but M&S were selling a pack of 3 long sleeve shirts for £30 last week.

Just found some short sleeve ones for you:- http://www.marksandspencer.com/3-pack-easy-care-short-sleeve-shirts/p/p22288191?mfPartNumber=T114052&carousel=FUNV_RR 3 pack for £27.
