U16095 valid until 30th June 2017. Not a discount off membership fee but you will get a £15 gift card to spend at N.T. shop, caf! or admission(for someone with you who is not a member). Card is valid for 2yrs from date of issue. Hope I see a discount code by the time my renewal is due.0

Hi, this is my first post so I apologise in advance if I am not doing it right.
Two months ago I took out a joint membership to The National Trust via a voucher website. I was supposed to receive a 10 pound woucher for M&S. It never arrived. When I received the membership cards fro m the NT I asked them about the voucher and I was told it would be arrive separately, As nothing arrived the other day I call the NT again only to be told that I should be contacting M&S. Can anybody tell me what to do? I feel lost.
Many thanks.0 -
Which voucher website did you use? Have you checked their terms and conditions (there is often an 'extra' requirement such as paying by direct debit).0

To be honest I do not remember I just followed the link and paid the full amount of the membership. Thank you for replying to me and pointing out about the small print. Next time I will pay more attention.

I would suggest a formal complaint to the National Trust. The offers should not be confusing. They should also help with a missing voucher or explain if it is not due. Their email is:
enquiries@nationaltrust.org.uk
If they don't reply satisfactorily then you could write to the chairperson - details are on the website.0 -

A formal complaint on what basis? Sounds as if the poster just did what we all do from time to time - failed to read the small print.0 -
I remember joining the National Trust and getting this voucher. It comes through the post as a card/gift voucher. When paying I believe you have to put a code in.0

There are various offers for NT membership, including more than one offering an M&S voucher. Without knowing which one OP responded to/whether they met the relevant conditions (which almost certainly included signing up to pay by direct debit), there's little point pursuing the matter. The NT can hardly follow up without knowing exactly which offer was taken up.0

Vouchercode.co.uk are still making this offer - op do you remember if you used them or can you trace your payment on your bank or credit card statement?0

Hello. I had to same problem so emailed them for them to tell me it was sent in the pack with my membership card. may be worth checking through all of the pack. It will say gift voucher National Trust. I was expecting a M&S gift card.0
