Hi my husband is on the deeds for his mothers house, his father passed away and his share went to him when he passed away.
This means the maximum ltv we can get is 90% we have enough deposit for the 90% ltv but that's it. Mil is willing to pay all solicitors costs, surveys, stamp duty and moving costs. Does anyone know if there be any issues with this?
