FTB 51, 5%, Director, what's possible?

Thank you very much for reading and for any advice
Self 51 £50K
Partner 46 £6K + £10K = £16K
Savings £10K
No dependants
If possible would like to buy around £250K
At 51 what is longest term possible?
If it's 18 years what's maximum we could borrow with 5% deposit?
Would increasing deposit to 10% help?
I am a company co-owner/Director since 2009, paid under PAYE, am I employed or self-employed?
If self-employed, could I convert to employed by giving up shares? I could give up directorship as well?
Partner has two jobs, are salaries just added together?
I could increase my salary by £10K if partner gave up her £10K job, would that be better?
How many months Payslips/bank statements do we need?
My salary increased this tax year, last year was small salary plus dividends, do I need last year's P60 as well?
Is 5% deposit with HTB possible at 51?
Are any particular lenders/brokers best for our situation?
Thanks again
