Confused here, my daughter is 18 now (born in March 1997) and has just signed up for a two year course at college. When will I have to pay until?

It really depends what the course is. The general rule would be that if it is a higher level than can be studied at 6th form then it probably means your payments should stop.

It depends on the type of course. If the course allows for child benefit payments to continue then child maintenance will continue. The cut off age for CM for a child in education is 20 now (not uni education).

I don't understand it since she has already done two years at college, jumping from one course to another. Basically just wondering when I stop paying

Assuming the new course she is doing is full time at a non advanced level (A levels, NVQ 3 etc are non advanced) then your liability will end the Monday after her 20th birthday
