How quick can HSBC be?

How soon from accepting an mortgage offer can funds be available? We are wanting to purchase a plot of land at auction but need to release funds from our current property. We have been told we are A1? so could go through quickly but balance will be due 1 month after auction if we purchase. We are asking our solicitor to clarify what the penalties will be if we go over this time. Any comments appreciated.

Have you asked HSBC if they'll release funds for this purpose?0

In general HSBC do not do "quick".
But really, no one on here can help you - You need to speak to your advisor at HSBC.0 -
HSBC are one of the slowest lenders out there on the market.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
