My 3 Month Temp Contract Job Has Gone Permanent and I Hate It!

Hello There,
I would welcome your views on my current situation. I got offered a 3 month job contract for a well known company in May. I got made unemployed late last year so I was quite keen to get back onto the work ladder again. So I started this finance position in May, my first two weeks there was hell and I thought there was no way I would like to work their full-time. So I just kept my head down and kept saying to myself I am only here for 3 months it will be fine and I can do this.
Anyway I done such a good job that I completed the project I was hired for in 6 weeks. The company where very impressed with me and one Friday I was summoned into the CEO's office to grand praise, the CEO said I was a good fit and they wanted to make the role I had been temping for permanent and offered me the job. It was nice to have the praise but inside I felt sick with the thought of being there full-time. Anyway another 6 weeks into my now permanent role I am so miserable. The CEO has turned into a right b!tch and likes to micro manage everybody and everything. My duties have changed and I feel totally out of my depth. It was fine when I thought I was only there on contract. Though now I feel trapped and really just want to resign already.
The only reason I accepted the permanent position 6 weeks ago was that I really wanted to complete my 3 month contract, so I would have some extra money and feel a sense of achievement. I thought if I had said no they would have got rid of me after the 6 weeks. Now I am not sure what to do as I really don't like the company.
Any of your views would be most welcome and thanks for reading.
Cheers

Well what do you mean you don't know what to do?
There is no easy or unique way around this. You don't like it, you look for something else.ally.0
