Npower have had problems setting up payment schemes resulting in some dual fuel accounts only being billed for one fuel resulting in a build up of debt on the account. In my case it has taken them 9 months to notify me. Anyone else had this problem and if so what was the outcome?

I have had a weird letter about this today which also says an amount I need to pay over the next thirteen months. Absolutely no idea where the figure has come from as if I paid the suggested amount I would be over £1200 in credit by this time next year!!Go get it!0

Hello yorksrose204,
Thanks for your post, I'm sorry to see we experienced a delay setting up your payment scheme.
If your account has an outstanding balance due to an issue on our behalf, we can look into an extended payment plan. Please find our email address on our profile page if you need to discuss this further.
Thanks

Ask for two tariffs, they will never be able to bill you oops sorry wasn't supposed to tell peopleDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
