npower 'system issue'

Npower have had problems setting up payment schemes resulting in some dual fuel accounts only being billed for one fuel resulting in a build up of debt on the account. In my case it has taken them 9 months to notify me. Anyone else had this problem and if so what was the outcome?

I have had a weird letter about this today which also says an amount I need to pay over the next thirteen months. Absolutely no idea where the figure has come from as if I paid the suggested amount I would be over £1200 in credit by this time next year!!Don’t put it down - put it away!

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
