Employed with agency, worried the assingment is coming to end too soon?

A month ago, I started work at a local education centre doing admin work. I was told the assingment was until October 31st. I am someone who is registered disabled, has health issues such as asthma, depression and generalised anxiety disorder.
We have a team, that is now going to busy with enroling students at college. Obviously, I knew I was temporary but I've only been doing the general house-keeping work in the office such as filing and a bit of IT work with the databases.
My boss who has a loud voice rang up a temping agency for two new temps. The one temp does go soon - I know with some people I have got on the wrong foot with due to being nervous after three years out of the labour market and there was an incident where someone complained about me sweating which I can't help due to a health condition, but I am frightened I could be booted as soon as I begin! I mean for all I know, she could be hiring people to do the enroling, but I have a lot of trust issues with people.
If I am let go early, the agency could place me elsewhere but I am worried. I can't help my health problems, I can't even help my other problems such as dodgy neighbours who cause trouble in the block, my partner's death etc. What do you suggest?

Do your job as well as you can. Ask if there is anything else you can help with.
If they decide you're not a good fit there's little you can do. In the meantime think about ways you can better integrate yourself into the team - try to find some common ground with the other staff.0 -
I do give 100%, but I do lack a bit of confidence. Quite shocking from someone who was an election candidate a few months and was forever knocking doors! Who knows, I could have a better assingment somewhere!0

(In my experience) you would have gone at 5 days if you had anything to worry about, I bet you are doing just fine
