Hi Folks,
Has anyone else had this experience with BT. I had broadband & Phone with BT but as my 12 month contract is now up and with all the increases coming for phone use & sport I have decided to leave. Since making my decision I have been passed to the Tony Soprano division of BT where it appears every other day I get an e-mail or letter telling me that I now have to pay ever increasing amounts. I am really worried that at this rate they will send Gary Lineker round to my house to bore me into submission and pay whatever amount they can make up that particular day.

Check out on here what the best alternative deals are. Then go back to BT and say you're leaving unless they can offer you a better deal than you'll get elsewhere.
You'll find they tend to be flexible. ;-)0 -
Maybe with the extra cash they'll be able to upgrade the broadband in rural areas?
We get 1.2MB on a good day at the minute and dont have the option of Infinity...0 -
BT customers still have to pay Wayne Rooney's £300,000 a week. Don't count on any discounts.0

When I indicated last year I was thinking of moving they upgraded my infinity package to unlimited data for £15 a month and threw in free caller display and some other freebee.
I have every intention of using the same plan when I get to my annual line rental saver point in December - I expect a good deal againJohn0 -
