Hi Guys anyone got one of these? Have just applied to the Halifax to change my mortgage from repayment to interest only. Do I have to prove details of my method of repaying it off? Any replies would be appreciated.

The stupid thing about that is that some are insisting on ISA. The investment backed repayment method.
This is just asking for a repeat of endowments as that had nothing to do with quality of product but whether the person had the risk profile to go with an investment backed mortgage.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
