Help to Buy

Hi guys,
Been living and renting in London for seven years and finally at a place where I can club in with a mate and cobble enough together to get a two bed new build on the Help to Buy scheme.
We've got about £30k for a deposit and combined income of around £100k per year.
I just wondered whether there was any website to look at all the new homes available to purchase under the HTB scheme?
The government one only shows two developments (in Croydon and Mill Hill I think) but I know for a fact there are other developments around which are more central.
Any general advice on HTB, or even whether it's the right thing to do (buying a two bed in London for the best part of £500k) would be very much appreciated!
Thanks

You need to look at all the developers websites, or if there's a certain area with developments then just go visit all the sales centers. Or try http://m.smartnewhomes.com0
