Surely the first port of call for a Section 75 claim would be Pay4Later, they are the credit supplier but I'd wait and see if there is a problem first0

If Pay4Later are providing finance on a hire-purchase basis then perhaps not?

If its hire purchase then its not covered by section 75 but it is still covered by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Goods provided on hire purchase also need to be of satisfactory quaity, match their description etc.
If the hire purchase provider weren't dealing with your complaint then - like section 75 claims - you can refer the matter to the financial ombudsman. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
It was normal customer purchase. No panic yet. Lets wait:)0

Please don't consider waiting for your item to arrive.
I placed an order in Dec 2014. Like people on here I was almost immediately told the order could not be fulfilled and offered a £5 voucher (to use against another purchase) and offered the option of refund or to wait the delivery. Come May I gave up waiting, but was promised it would be delivered soon. By July 2015 I asked for a refund. It is now September 2015 and they are telling me they are having problems issuing the refund.
Take your money now while you can and never go to them again. The prices are obviously cheap for a reason!0
