  • I am a bit late in this thread, but I am applying for a mortgage with precise too. Mortgage Broker submitted full aplication 2 days ago, and I have an alert of my Credit Expert letting me know they have performed a full check, plus valuation money has been taken by then. I have not heard back from Mortgage People so not sure if all I mentioned is a sign of approval. Thanks
  • Hi luckily I'm in exact same position as you... Just waiting now :)
    Good luck!! X

Dependent on size of CCJ if satisfied 5 years ago and loan to value required your broker should be able to recommend main stream lender / building society which in turn should give lower interest rate.

I am a mortgage broker and this is for information only

Don't know why people are worried about getting lending with Precise.

If they were not lending they would not be in business.
    I am a Mortgage Broker

  • well fingers crossed your right amnblog :):):)
  • Hi again... Just after little knowledge. My husband just rang our mortgage broker and they said Precise spoke to them yesterday and the only requested bank statements and pay slips? He seems to think that's a good sign? We put out application in on Monday. Do you think it is going to be as straight forward as that? Thanks
  • Hi, whats the sost search involve that they do for the agreement in principal? What does it show? Thanks
  • We have been rejected by Aldermore. Precise is the last option for us. Does anyone know the likelihood of the application being accepted after a successful DIP? The stress is almost unbearable.

Any advice or experience would be gratefully received!
