Help with SA302 / Bonus Underwriting

Hi I'm struggling with a bonus paid to myself and wondered if this could hinder a mortgage application.
We are first time buyers and I'm a director of 3 companies (10% shareholder). The master company pays me in dividends and makes a healthy profit, payments are made monthly thus a salary and this shows on my tax return and recent SA302.
I now have 2 years SA302's but in February I was paid a bonus from another of the companies but our accountant hasn't included this bonus on my 2015 tax return and it doesn't now show on my SA302.
The accountant has stated because the end of year for the company in question hasn't been completed and it makes it tax efficient for myself and the company. A large chunk of the bonus has been put into savings for the mortgage and the payment can be seen in a save to buy account.

Can you see an issue with the mortgage application with the bonus not showing on this years SA302 or is this common place?

I'm a little confused and worried that if we apply for a mortgage this could end up being a snag and put us back to square one.

Mortgage lenders evaluate actual income and do not care about tax planning of applicants It is either part of your income for tax purposes or it isn't. Really quite simple.
