Yes, HMRC and the Insolvency Service can & do report to each other.
Whilst Undischarged, the bankrupt is obliged to cooperate with the OR and the OR's agents & representatives.
C&W may well need to establish what you need to pay, if earnings are in any way variabel..[overtime, etc?}
{I used to have to forward copies of each month's pay slips...they were returned, BTW.]No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0
