    I was reading that on the MFH website, which made me comment about them not knowing their ar5e from their elbow!

    You aren't going to have a solicitor and you aren't going to have a mortgage offer either!

    It's ridiculous! I shall await their response with interest and look forward to hearing how they can justify a process for something the bank themselves say isn't needed...

    nope no checks if done online, and can be done 3 months before. Ours went from 3.19 to 1.99
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    yes, just make sure you save your % that you need to pay back

  • Not wanting to hijack the thread but can you only get information on product transfers when on Help to Buy equity loan from Halifax themselves? I've scoured the Internet and can't find a thing.
