Change of name prior to mortgage application?

Hi all,
My fianc! and I are getting married in November this year. We don't want to keep my surname (no need to wonder, it's nothing 'weird', we just don't like it) and I intend on changing it by deed poll within the next month.
My only reservation is whether this will affect our mortgage application. We will have sufficient deposit by around February to June 2017.
If I go ahead with this, I intend on immediately informing all creditors, the 3 CRAs, changing my bank accounts and reissuing cards, and changing my Driver's Licence. I would also get put on the Electoral Roll under the new name asap and reapply for a Passport once our honeymoon was over.
If I did all of the above, and we weren't applying for a mortgage for around 1.5 - 2 years, would this still have an impact on our chance of acceptance? Particularly as we would like to aim for help to buy.
Thanks
