is it possible for any one to have a prepid ccard? do you have to produce photo id? or be on the electrol role, also can one have a salary bacs paid onto it. tips required on how they work and whats the best ones for these circumstances please

its not worth doing this cash back as the card aplication fee is £5... look here for the best deals http://www.moneysupermarket.com/cards/cardsresults.asp i must admit i am looking into one of these for internet shopping
